So many broken pieces, so many new beginnings.  It was so hard for her to know where to start.  A new bonded, a new land to call home, a new family.  Many questions... who did she want to be? What land would she choose?  What name would she take?

 

It was all too much, but it was what she had. And that was more than many.  The new family was large, but they were kind.  One might have taken them the wrong way and been angry, but it was not in Dawn's nature.

For she would always face the rising sun with a smile, would always be glad for a new day.  She was stronger than she'd known.  And who could ask more than that?

​

To find her new home she would seek the rising sun with an open heart.
